Christopher Shawcross BA DipArb FRICS FCIArb joined the property profession in 1979.

He currently is responsible for the performance of the Valuation Team within AWH with specific responsibility for maximising Returns on Investment and mentoring / coaching / supervision of junior staff.

He has acted many times as an Expert Witness in property valuation matters and has been crossed examined in the High Court.
