He also acts as an Arbitrator / Expert, [jointly appointed on numerous occasions – recently on a £55million dispute and a £100 million proposed Hotel development]. His most recent advice has related to Commercial & Residential Valuations spanning – Surveyors & Solicitors negligence, matrimonial disputes, retrospective values, probate, loss due to encroachment, compensation for breaches of and release from restrictive / binding land covenants, failure to comply with planning permission / conditions, noise compensation, leasehold enfranchisement, capital gains tax, partnership disputes and assessing operating portfolio assets / business & loss of goodwill.
