George Palos has 31 years  experience in the surveying profession with a focus on disputes and their resolution culminating in his appointment to the RICS President’s Panel of Arbitrators and Panel of Expert Witnesses. Elected a Fellow of both The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2012.

Clive Morley has been appointed and worked as an expert witness giving evidence in a range of cases over the past 20 years. Coming originally from a construction background he am able to offer succinct expert evidence on many matters given the experience he has over a broad range of topics and issues. Recent cases include contract issues between main contractors and sub- contractors, quality and costs of works both completed and not completed, boundary disputes and more.

Kevin Marshall acts as an Expert Witness for Defective Building Works, Housing Disrepair, Construction Contract Disputes, Service Charge Dispute Resolution and Disrepair, Statutory Compliance as well as giving Single Joint Expert evidence to Courts and the First Tier Tribunal. He has acted as expert on behalf of both Defendants and Claimants in both civil litigation and criminal proceedings. In this context, he has knowledge and experience of the CPR and the requirements for giving Expert Evidence.

Hari Hirani regularly gives evidence in various Courts, Statutory Tribunals, Public & Government Committees & Panels on behalf of various clients, financial and corporate institutions and public bodies and Charity & Social Organisations. He also acts as an Arbitrator & Expert. He has an analytical & inquisitive mind & a patient positive reasoned approach, which has resulted immensely in assisting numerous litigating & aggrieved parties to conclude beneficially, financially and satisfactorily.
